ipad 3 home sharing..

Anyone have any idea how to make this work?  Ive got the PC setup to
enable it, however I can't find where on the iPad 3 I can enable it.
The iPad says I have no music in my library.

all the screenshots I see on help sites are for iPad 2/ iOS 4 and a Mac.

Suggestions?
