I am really happy with Western Digital's customer service. Had a 1.5TB (2x750GB raid-1) external drive die on me (enclosure stopped working), 2.5 years in. Got the newer model 2TB as a replacement promptly.

Had some issues with the drive unmounting by itself recently, noticed that they now ship with a 3A PSU instead of 2A. Sent an e-mail, got a free replacement within a week.
