Simple scope/Spectrum Analyser app

Hi Barians,

I'm looking for a small app that would allow me to have a deeper
understanding on waveforms/spectrum. I used to have a scope but I gave it
away when I moved to berlin. It doesn't need to be very fancy. All I need
is audio rate, trigger facility and possible spectrum display.

It can have latency, I don't really care. I just want to debug my generated
sound waves

Any recommendation ? Can be mac/pc/linux.. I have them all handy one way or
the other.
