I agree the kick is a little too boomy.  It also sounds a bit fast too me
but, maybe I just need to listen to the original again or, maybe you just
wanted it faster?

But the tempo comment is not a criticism, quite the opposite - fantastic
track!!  I can't believe you go so much out of a little EMX; it just goes to
show that we really don't need all this crap we choose to fill our studio's
with..

Great stuff..
