As far as I can tell. Yes. Somehow. Definitely a cool place. Lots of 
experimental music and a great open-minded approach to music-making.

In case you're wondering, this is my first stop on my Tour of the Rest of the 
World. I will be staying for an indefinite period, at least several months, 
perhaps longer, at each destination, and the only rule is that the next 
destination is unknown.
