Fukushima isn't really comparable to Three Mile Island, Mayak or 
Chernobyl. The only thing in common that they have is human error, 
although in the case of Fukushima that 'error' should actually read 
'negligence'.

If 140,000 people died in Tokyo because of a tsunami, it's sheer madness 
to build a nuclear power plant on the seashore and not have triple or 
quadruple back-up systems, and very high sea walls.
