iMac or MBP...

I'm having a hard time deciding what to get...

I need a new computer for audio, image+movie editing, coding.

My options

iMac 27", i7 3.4GHz, 16GB RAM, 256 GB SSD + 2TB HD

MBP 15", i7 2.2GHz, 8GB RAM, 512 GB SSD (+ the 27" CinemaDisplay I already have)

It would cost me about the same for both these, but I really can't decide.
Any arguments you can come up with are appreciated!

If anyone has used the new MBP 15" i7 for audio production, is the fan disturbing?
