Result of a cirklon jam

Today I had a listen to the recordings of a jam session of last week.
I liked one bit a lot so I started working on it.
The structure is there, basic level settings are done, but that's about it.
I know there's still a lot to be done, but you get the picture when 
listening.

Now is it worth the effort to take this song into a next level, or is it 
just another 'Yeah, right Tom, just toss it in the bin" track? Ifnot, 
what would you change?
