No, it's a (bleach?) blonde girl wearing a '100% boeremeisie' T-shirt 
that features the apartheid-era flag of South Africa, and brandishing a 
gun (without the magazine).

Dumpert is known for adult content, but this isn't it. Anyway, at work 
you should be working, not looking at the Music Bar. ;)
