Waveburner destroys files

For my story in waveburner:
24 bit => 16 bit, 44kHz
I used  izotope as well ...
then I got the Digital distortion on some tracks . ..

Also I did a new master without Izotope ,,,
then  i burnt  the cd (X8),this time  i didn t do anything with the computer
...
The final cd is ok to my hear , I don t if it s because Izotope or because i
was using the computer during burning ...

or maybe something else ...
