Rocktron Intellifex LTD==> Is it worth to buy for 100euro?

Hello guys , I m a bit stuck to take a decision about a  Rocktron
Intellifex LTD,
someone want to sell it for 100euro in Enschede where I'm living  , but i'm
 doubting to buy it, I already have a chameleon rocktron and i m very happy
about the quality for my guitar...
Now this rokctron Intellifex was in the very good range for professionals
 in the 90s ... the thing for me which make me doubt to invest is that it
doesn t have midi synch ( which could be a pain imo)...
I read in couples of reviews on the net that  reverbs and delays of this
product are really good, very transparent, + hush noise reductor from
rocktron ( quite good imo, one of the best at the time) ...

All in all  I was thinking to use this product for voices and bass ...

So this is my question is it worth to buy it for 100euro ? A friend of me
told me yes ... but I prefer ask the music bar  ... Maybe it s worth to
keep my money for something else ??
