Knobs in touch interfaces

I hate them, I think it blows.  Sliders are really the only sensible option, or .. something .. else ..

Virtual knobs are okay if you have to squeeze a million parameters onto one screen, but other than that really there is no benefit to them in a touch interface, whatsoever, except lazy GUI design and marketing guff.  I have always hated virtual knobs - sliders are infinitely better.
