Tony Hardie-Bick EMAIL HIDDEN

MZ,

Just reading your email makes me feel exhausted! This shows that you have a huge
amount of energy available, which at the moment you're using to deal with all
the crap!

Like Joost says, writing may help (it has saved me many times), although public
writing may not be necessary, just moving words to paper is the deal, IMO.
Adopting a jungian approach (which is typical for artists), one writes without
self-editing or revision, without reading back, and then read it about ten to
fourteen days later.

The brain is a pretty healthy creature, given half a chance. Tricks like this
enable one to sneak up upon it, and discover just how amazing it can be.

"Sun is shining in the sky..." :)
