annoying mystery...

I'm working with Windows 7 on one of my computers. Somehow it 
seems that my C-drive is filling up automatically and 
mysteriously, even without doing anything or downloading anything 
(apart from some e-mail).

I have all my data on an external drive, there are no viruses or 
whatever, I did all the checkups, and still it's getting fuller 
by the day...

I already googled this, but I don't get any further than the 
things I already did...

Any ideas?
