A. Darling wastes no time in slagging off the SNP "The people see the 
Nationalists have let Scotland down" using the voting system (there are 
separate Scottish elections) as a tool merely to discredit the SNP.

And this region of Scotland is predominantly Lib Dem anyway.

As the Tories begin to claim a mandate on ruling Scotland already..
..and we move to fortnightly bin collections, when the recycle bins are 
overflowing after one week already and people still don't know how to 
use them..
