cool, yea it might be overkill for what I'm going to use it for - and  
big, but for the price it's hard to beat. I thought about the NI  
Guitar rig controller(since I have GR in Komplete), but it lacks  
actual midi ports and is more expensive. Though in most cases I would  
be using it with the computer and would rather use USB, I feel like  
it's silly to get one of these that I couldn't just hook up to a hw  
synth when I wanted to. Why cant they have BOTH midi ports and usb?
