We use it at work, in conjunction with some sort of proxy or whatever 
that I forgot the name of, for the VoIP service we offer to our 
customers. It may take a while to get around, but I even set it up on a 
Solaris 10/SPARC machine.

Obviously, we have it hooked up to a switch (MSC) that costed more than 
the combined annual salary of the membership of this list.
