What is the model? I wanted an Intel i5 processor and all the Sony's I saw
were around $1200.

Sadly, I don't have any type of card slot on the laptops I'm looking at.
That seems to have disappeared since I last bought a laptop. My old laptop
just died on my last month so I need to buy a new one for the trip. My
requirements are sub $1000 so I'm not completely wrecked if it gets stolen.
