Yes, but who gives a damn? In the end, it's what you do with the thing. 
It not being open may not be the thing for you, and it isn't for me 
either, but to slam the product purely on that point is, in my view, a 
bit short-sighted.

I want a tablet, but based on an OS that is developer-friendly, and 
open, and embraces standards.

In other words, Windows.
