ESI midimates are high-end USBMIDI cables.. markup == brand.  Equally
good are the much cheaper FTDI-based UART cables that are, freaking,
everywhere, being used to implement class-MIDI.  If you have a
USB-serial cable, you've got two USB-MIDI cables already .. ;)

I'd use it if I could, but the driver is a drag to write ..
