SDD drives

Guys,

I'm thinking of putting an SDD drive in my MacBook pro. I don't 
specifically want or need a big one. 128 MB should do the trick. 
I heard the ones from Apple aren't that fast.

Anyone any ideas? (Jay, I seem to remember you had a screamingly 
fast setup :-)

Any tips on type, installation, maintenance?
