He's angry but the music makes it funny or something - lol -.

It's dutch, makes me wonder what you non dutchies make of this.
Mood-wise - he's telling the journalist that he is dom en dom en dom and 
that he himself very probably  very very smart.

Dom = stupid

It's rather insulting and  rude imo but the music really alters the 
mood, haha
