70s/80s synth pop hint needed

So you don't know the artist, any lyrics, the year, or anything else 
that might identify the song, except that it vaguely sounds like 'Being 
boiled' and that the original may or may not have an annoying hand clap.

It's not a lot to go on, is it? :)
