70s/80s synth pop hint needed

Yeah, Blancmange came to mind for me as well, they've go tons of  
cheesy clap hits .. is it "Feel me now", this was a very low-key hit  
of theirs and really was one of those tracks that defines the 80's,  
with Annie Lennox vocals and all ..
