looking for small mixer w/ audio interface

Hi,

    for a new live setup I'm looking for a small mixer with integrated audio interface.

I prefer Firewire and buspowered.
The mixers I'd like are the small (4 & 8 channel) vlz3 mixers of Mackie.
But they don't have digital I/O.

I also looked at the Alesis MultiMix products but they only come close.

The S/N ratio of the small MultiMix4 and 6 USB is not that good.
The nicer 8 channel mixer needs an extra power supply.
Any other products you probably know of?
