Blobs on Pics

Nope, not a new Duran Duran track, but an annoying phenomenon that has suddenly appeared on my Panasonic compact camera. 

I don't know if it's dirt on the lens or on the sensor, but it's 5 rather big blobs that are very visible.

Any tips on how to get rid of them (apart from RepairShop, PhotoShop or NewCameraShop)?
