Which reminds me...I did actually get my presonus interface repaired
and returned to me.  It took total about 3 or 4 weeks.  Their level of
communication was not good.  The only way I know it was received was
that I had the UPS tracking info.  When it was done, I didn't even get
an e-mail or anything stating it was being shipped back to me - it
just showed up on my door step one day.

I am glad they fixed it, but I wish their support was a bit better at
communicating.
