Life is full of surprises.

 

Not so recently, I found my biological father, and also found out I had 6 half-brothers and sisters (all by different mothers).  It seems my father, who was a long haul truck driver for 20 years, was quite prolific.  6 is a pretty good number. 

 

In talking to my father, my half brother and I started to wonder if there were not more of us based on comments our dad made.  Stephen did some research, and what he found out was way more than we ever would have guessed.

 

My father has 27 children, mostly by different mothers, all spread all over the country (most around Chicago and the state of Michigan). 

 

I am one of 27.  I am number 3, as far as we can tell.  Again, most by different mothers. 

 

I am a little shaken.    I think my life just became the basis for a reality TV show.
