The only thing that comes to mind is some kind of side-chain  
processing: Use a (multi-band?) compressor with side-chain input and  
try to filter out the offending stuff as good as possible using EQ on  
the side. Essentially a DIY de-esser with a bit more manipulation  
potential.

If that doesn't work, it's probably cheaper to re-record and playing  
around with different mic positions.
