Sercombes! Heh. I love a good pork pie. Once or twice a year.
The generic shop bought ones tend to taste of salt laden gelatin with 
chunks of 'careless butcher' fingers.

It takes a long time to appreciate a good blue, about 20 years from 
birth. I'm quite partial to a bit of St Agur cheese, a dollop in cheesy 
macaroni or with beef, with fruit or on its own and it's delicious:
