Guitar tuner recommendations...

Hi Guys,

I've started my electric guitar lessons and I can now play 4 chords very
slowly - LOL.

I do have a copy of NI Guitar Rig that gives me..well everything I could
need but I don't want to fire up the PC etc for 5 mins playing so...

1) I need a tuner
2) I would like a metronome function
3) I've been thing about amp simulator pedals to drive headphones for
"quiet" practise*.

I can get all three with a Boss TU-88

For 1 and 2 I like the Korg TM-40 and Boss TU-80.  Are Korg Toneworks
worth going for?

Note, I'm a cheapskate and don't want to spend too much money on what
could be a passing fad for me!
