I am on the fence about upgrading. I generally dont upgrade my OS
until I buy a new machine, but as my new machine is still less than a
year old (and I just only moved to Vista!) I am considering making the
jump rather than waiting 2 or 3 years.
Vista works pretty well, all said...but certain parts of it just feel
clumsy (UAC), and sometimes it slows down in the oddest of places.
Ill probably just wait for the early adopters to get burned, and then
make a move early next year.

The two machines were basically development and general purpose machines of mine and the minor issues I used to have with some of my apps have seemed to be fixed. Things start up faster and you get a feeling that it's moves along much better.
