Very interesting... I've just applied for a PRS licence to sing, hum
and/or whistle at work in the same way that Sandra Burt of A&T Food
store, Clackmannanshire has been allowed to.
Let's see if I can get the same licence that she has.

(btw, I had to specify the performer(s), and the adress(es). I thought
about who should and shouldn't be allowed to sing, hum and whistle,
and where they should and shouldn't be allowed to do so. I specified
'the human race' and 'the world'. I await their reply with interest!)
