Elderberries!

Bit quiet today.

I went out and picked kilos of some local elderberries in about 15 minutes.
Got so much, I chucked about a third away.
Not because it was too much, but it was too much stripping them off and 
removing the stems. 15 mins pick, over an hour to prep.

I'm gonna make a variation on this:

With the brambles I picked from the garden.
It should taste at least edible ;)

(my first batch of bramble jam was lush, second, not so good. Too much 
citric acid)
