I don't have a DXF, I have an SVG .. see link above (bottom of the  
page).

For my purposes I just needed to import this SVG into Corel Draw and  
print
it with the laser cutter .. feel free to do what you want with the SVG  
file,
for your needs .. (CC) license .. note also that you might like to  
tweak it
a little, depending on your placement of the MIDI adapters - I left  
fat holes
for the MIDI adapters because - once I'm done with the other parts of  
the
panel for the Box O' Tricks, I'll be relocating the MIDI jacks into a  
sort of
'patchbay' area .. but for now, I've left the holes for them .. my  
plan is
to use this temporary panel for my gigs in the meantime, and replace  
it with
the final 'big panel' that includes all the other elements in the Box  
O' Tricks
when those are finished ..
