In my opinion, yes. Though, I'd seriously look at individual plugins to 
really nail what you need before looking at a bloated bundle. What do 
you lack in your current environment?

Also, unless you're talking SSL, which I really like Waves for, for my 
money, Voxengo, Kjaerhus, URS are serious contenders to stisfy your 
bread and butter requirements.
