Live Streaming (was Re: Tokyo Drum-n-Bass Sessions)

I've always wanted to stream my Friday night gigs once in a while.  My Traktor Pro broadcasts, but since most average broadband upload speeds are crap, it makes it hard to stream to a Shoutcast server.  What do other folks do, like online radio stations, etc?
