Spent it in the garden and at the lake and along our little fishy  
river, with friends from Germany who came for the weekend to visit ..  
was lots of fun, but I can't eat a single grill again for at least ..  
a week .. *brup* .. hooray for the salad bar tomorrow at work is all i  
can say, oh and the ride to work will be mandatory in order to attain  
previously held weight levels .. *braaap* ..
