Ah, cool. That train will whisk you away at nearly 200 mph, but
unfortunately there are some tunnels just after Frankfurt Airport, and
it hurts my ears because of the sudden change in air pressure.
Once you get out of passport control and baggage reclaim, look for
something called 'Fernbahnhof' or 'Fernbf'. It's all in English as well,
but I forgot the phrase they use. :) Up the stairs, walk for some five
to ten minutes including a long corridor and you're there. You'll be
passing the station for local trains and cross a highway on your way.
Farthest platform from the airport.
Your train will be white with a red stripe, and look like a spaceship.
(OK, so all trains there are white with a red stripe.)
If you have a print out with your pre-paid train ticket, there's a
chance that you need to take a specific train. I speak from experience,
where I've been watching more trains than I care for, whilst waiting for
mine to arrive. Otherwise, get your credit card ready and buy a ticket
there and then.
Frankfurt airport, by the way, sucks. :)

Still, Cologne is a very nice town. The train stops next to an enormous
Gothic cathedral, for starters.
Taxis in Germany are beige and always big German cars, like Mercedes.
They should be easy to recognise.

No, won't fly into Germany (Düsseldorf) until end of June, so I'll have
to take a rain cheque.
