Headphone recommendations?

On the lower end, I think the Sennheiser HD-555 is tough to beat.  Sounds
great and comfortable. List is only $180 and they can be had for $90 pretty
easily.

probably past your limit, but I have some Sennheiser HD-25's, just  
truly awesome.
Yes, pricey, but worth *EVERY* penny.
