I'm on there (jstutters).  It's definitely growing on me.  A lot of the
people I know through music and coding are active on Twitter and I find
it's a good way to keep up with what they're up to.  Having a decent
client available helps a lot (Twitterific on the iPhone, Tweetie on
OSX).
