Axis 64 tutorial.

I want one but the price tag is too high.  It should be around $500 but
instead it is around $1000.  It looks like it isn't available anymore as
they have a 49 key version without wheels or display for $500. Also, no
aftertouch.  For a $1000 they should at least give you that.  Of course, I
haven't seen pricing on these in a while.  Even at $750 I think it would be
too much.
