Hey Joost,
I am enjoying a creative spell this past couple of months. :) I have
a different approach to music these days in that I will sit down and
rather than try to write the next big dance hit, which hasn't really
worked for me in the past :) , I just go with where the music takes me.
I have plans for this year so we'll see how things pan out.
The vocals I dug out of my collection of acapella samples and this one
is a UK rapper called Frank Skinner from a band called The Streets. I'm
not a fan of his stuff but thought the vocal worked well with the beat
and bass that I started with.
My tracks could always do with more variation and it's one of the
things that I am trying to rectify. Anyway, thanks for listening.
Regards,
Declan.

Oh man, so much music you're doing lately :) hard to keep track!
I like how your stuff has become much more experimental. It's not the
end-station clearly, there is a lot of progression. It will be
interesting to see where your own style develops into! :)
Where did the vocals come from? They can be more up-front!
Variation-wise I have the idea that half-way I'm done with the song.
It would be nice to sprinkle the track with a lot of detail... sounds
'n thingies.. things that come and go... but very subtle of course :)
