Wii Favour - enhance a picture

Morning all.

 

Mr HardSID has asked for a picture for his website to go with our Oral
Hygiene track.  Does anyone fancy spending 10 mins polishing a turd?

I'm finding it touch because 1) I suck at graphics and, 2) I only have MS
Office Picture Manager.

 

All I want is for it to look a bit flash and professional.  Here is the one
I did:

but not really that happy with it.

 

There are a few extra's in the same directory incase anyone feels they are
better (9 files in all once I have finished uploading)
