I am not so hard on the UI.  Yeah, Ill agree is very 1990, but really
- the whole concept of the device is.  Maybe its cause I got my start
on devices about that time (Yamaha SY85 and Emax II specificaly) that
I took to it pretty quick.

That said....I'd rather use Kontact + Live than hardware these days.
It sounds great, but its just one more brick I have to provide with
space and electricity.
