It's mental, I mean. It snows here, pretty much every year.
and every year, the country grinds to a halt because they either not  
expecting it or don't know how to cope!

The thing that gets my goat the most about it, is that people forget  
how to drive, and all of  a sudden develop the same IQ as a baked  
bean, they drive too fast, brake suddenly and dont look ahead.

I really do wonder about this country and the average IQ of it's  
natives.
