Well it s cool , but I'm still aware about underground tracking anyway ...
Secret services etc ... it s already done since a while if I m not wrong
with and/or  without Internet ,minitel, telephone etc ? ( lets say I m
paranoid)...
Now this news it s quite good for downloading music and others stuff for
normal people in general ( me included )  ...but
I think  people will be tracked anyway and the justice or law what ever you
want to call it  seem to be for now  in  "stand by" about this purpose  but
maybe not  tomorrow cause for instance this law in france imo is only to get
more money and not to control people, they are already controling
people(imo) even if it seems that it s doesn t work ,but anyhow  I think it
works for them ...  ( should I remind that France one of the European
leader  asked a loan of 22 billions in 2009 :S  wtf... ? it s a lot a rice
to eat ... )
In all cases I still think  people will be tracked ... If a dictator manage
to control informations in whatever the country like   France  with
Sarkozozo or somewhere else with Mr X ( something that I m really not proud
of),
still those untouchable people  will get the power to control the mass
...and to rewrite myself; I think   it s already the case ...
They( Mr X and others ) like to make us under stress for some reasons( maybe
to  stop to think?) , while they act with or without democracy ...
A day yes , a day no , a day yes , a day no ... etc
and who stress for bullshit ?... The  poor citizen believing  in " freedom "
and freedom of speech ( there is no freedom of speech in france  ...),so
freedom of downloading ? ...
Well I m french and I start to know this type of harmony ( la petite
musique) ...
I m pessimist maybe ... but hey HO !!!! when everything will explode ?
Lets be optimist we still get food this is what the old people told me, and
this is why there is no revolution (again one more ...)  ...  anyway
revolution didn t change many things in time imo  ( oh yeah sorry  the
humans rights?  we see where we are ! )

Bread-Games(downloaded)-Whip= still work
Liberte Egalite Fraternite = bullshit (beautiful words but just words)

Consciousness - Knowledge - Imagination = should give a better  Action
this is the way to go imo ( I could be wrong tho  )...
Avoid to vote is a start  imo... cause in all cases new rules are against us
or me at least at the first place ...

yeah it s a good news ... but ... why am I not sleeping now ? It s quite

All those stupid question that I ask to myself in my small brain ...

I think I got an idea .. but no one in france want to hear me or try to
understand ...
except few marginal persons ... but the marginals are never the mass and won
t be ...
why people prefer to  play and take the easy way ... ?while others control
them ...
People  are free to be dependant in their own freedom of blindness ...

Don t get me wrong Pirate party are quite marginal in the politic world  (
but it seems to be for me something like the Titanic ...)
 Marginal yes but not  as my definition of marginal  ...
Zappa was , and H.Laborit too !
(maybe they are my bad influences who are  still  making  me smile when I
don t manage to sleep )...
now who I am to say all this bullshit ???
