Vengeance Tempo based Compressor

Has anyone got any experience with this Multiband Sidechain Compressor:

Whilst it looks rather sexy (watch the demo vids), at 99euro it is rather a
lot, especially when you consider it needs a "syncrosoft dongle protection"
device, whatever the flip that is..

 

Any alternatives out there that don't need a dongle and/or have a demo
version?

 

Obviously I have the Live sidechain compressors but this idea looks super
duper..
