I'd go with the stock model, and when you think, man, I could use a  
bit of extra speed, plunk in the best SSD on the market then.

Apparently Apple is using Samsung SSDs right now. From what I've read,  
the Intel ones are far superior. Another things is that all models  
right now suffer from performance degradation after use. I would wait  
a bit until the technology matures.
