Guys,

my dad has a strange problem with e-mail.

He can get on the net, find his webmail and work with it. I can 
do the same. I can even make an account in his name, and get his 
e-mail on my PC.

But my dad cannot download his e-mail to his pc, nor send it, 
neither with Thunderbird, nor Outlook Xpress.

What can this be? We are sure the info password etc. is correct....

Help!
